Anika Parashar is the COO of Fortis La Femme. Under her leadership, the chain of women and child hospitals plans to expand across India becoming a one-stop shop for all women’s healthcare needs. Focusing on providing clinical excellence, superlative healthcare solutions and providing opportunities for women to increase their presence in the corporate landscape. She has over 15 years of experience in the industry, working with reputable organizations such as Mahindra & Mahindra, The National Childbirth Trust, BSKYB, Channel 4 and Old World Hospitality, to name a few. She has been creating innovative brands in women care and women’s health in India for the past decade. 
Anika, along with her business partner, came into the Fortis fold with the idea of Mamma Mia – A Mom’s World. This is now India’s first and only comprehensive holistic health center, providing information, fitness and wellness solutions for women who are trying to conceive children, expecting or new mothers, all under one roof. Mamma Mia now spans over 7 Fortis hospitals and is growing exponentially each year.

Ariana is a writer, artist, and consultant on gender and sexuality, empowerment, and leadership development. She formerally worked for the Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojana in Uttar Pradesh as a Program Expert on Leadership and Communications where she led training for young women on menstrual hygiene, discrimination, and social myths relating to women's health. She has authored a comic book on menstrual hygiene and social norms, called Spreading Your Wings, which is published by Zubaan Publishers. She has also worked as the Deputy Director at The United State of Women, Washington, D.C, where she collaborated with the Obama Administration's White House Council on Women and Girls to launch the first United State of Women Summit focusing on gender discrimination and empowerment. She presently lives in Delhi working as the Curriculum Designer and Facilitator for Social-emotional Learning at the Heritage Xperiential Learning School.

Priyanka is a firm believer of “Refuse, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle” She is the founder of hygieneandyou.com - a website that promotes a healthier and sustainable lifestyle by building awareness about eco-friendly menstrual hygiene practices. She conducts awareness sessions in Delhi-NCR. Through her youtube channels in multiple languages, she aims to reach the masses and educate them about importance of women's health along with smart, sustainable products - menstrual cups, cloth pads, period panty, labia pads. Her brand - SOCH Green (www.sochgreen.com) provides a complete product landscape of eco-friendly period products.

Srilekha Chakraborty is a sociologist and a gender rights activist. She is a PhD scholar researching on Santali tribal girls in Jharkhand on their understanding of body and sexuality. She also works as a researcher with several community- based organisations in the Santal pargana of Jharkhand and facilitates programs around Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights. Few of her youth led programmes have been around gender based violence, early marriage, body rights and sex and sexuality that impacts rural tribal communities. A Teach for India Alumini, she is currently a Change Maker from the ‘She Creates Change’ program powered by Change.org and joined as the incoming vice-curator of the Kolkata Hub with the Global Shapers Community-An initiative of the World Economic Forum.

Vikas Bagaria is the Founder of PeeSafe, India’s leading daily hygiene brand owned by Redcliffe Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. A serial entrepreneur and a seasoned businessman, Vikas holds 20 years of experience and has been responsible for setting up and successfully running multiple businesses.

His first venture VR Forklift was established in 1997, followed by SRV - damage prevention, a leading conditional based monitoring business, in 2003. Moving ahead, the unfortunate incident of the Nirbhaya rape case inspired Vikas to start India's 1st online portal for Safety products, SafetyKart.com. Vikas and his wife, Srijana fashioned the idea of a toilet hygiene spray, PeeSafe in 2013. He then laid the foundation of Redcliffe Hygiene Pvt. Ltd., the pioneer in India’s daily hygiene space, along with co-founder, Dheeraj Jain and leads the PeeSafe operations out of Gurgaon, Delhi, Dubai & Colombo.

Being well-acquainted with women’s contribution to the start-up ecosystem and encouraging the platforms working towards it, Vikas has invested in many start-ups by women entrepreneurs. Some of them include Dibz, EdgeFX and Let's Barter India. He has also invested in technology startups like ASADELTECH®, GrowTech Innovations, Innov8, Shaadi Saga and CoutLoot. Vikas is a mentor and board member at Wess Foundation. A qualified Child Safety Auditor, Vikas also aids early-stage learning pre-school and daycare centers in childproofing their facilities.

Vithika Yadav is an anti slavery, sexual rights and gender rights activist; and a social entrepreneur. She is the Co-founder and Head of Love Matters India, which is the first ever digital program in India to give complete, honest and unbiased information on love, sex and relationships, in other words sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people in India in both Hindi and English language. In year 2013, Love Matters won the Award for Excellence & Innovation in Sexuality Education from the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS). In 2016, Love Matters has been honored as the Top 5 Digital Activism projects under Freedom of Expression Awards. In year 2016 she also received the honor of being one of the Top 120 under 40 New Generation of Family Planning leaders in the world. In 2012 she was awarded as one of the Top 99 under 33 young foreign policy leaders in the world by Diplomatic Courier and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy in the USA. Her work on TV series 'TRAFFIC', which was broadcast on MTV India won the Best Public Service Program Award under Indian Television Academy Awards in year 2014. She is an alumnus of THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam. She is also a TedX Speaker and has delivered talks at IIT Roorkee, SIMS Pune and Hauge Academy.
