Anupama Kapoor is a Women's Workforce Participation SME & a Gender Intelligence facilitator, with over 20+ years of experience in diverse functions across the Services, Banking & ITeS industries, in Hong Kong, the US & India. She is the Founder & Chief Mentor, at Reboot, a Mentoring & Capacity Building Career Community of women professionals, with a vision to up-skill & equip them for a sustained career.
Anupama is a passionate exponent for women's economic empowerment, currently a Visiting Faculty for Gender, Diversity & Inclusion at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai & was a consultant with their Women Leadership Programme, to co-create, India's first full-time Post Graduate MBA for Returning Women. The 2017 batch of the programme saw 20 participants & was awarded global recognition for social innovation by AASCB.
Anupama is a frequent speaker at seminars, round tables, colleges, etc. on Gender Issues and conducts workshops on Gender Mentoring, Mainstreaming Gender in Urban Planning, Understanding Gender & Masculinities, etc. She recently launched India's first forum to engage men in conversations on Gender Equality called "Mardon Waali Baat."

ElsaMarie D’Silva is the Founder & CEO of Red Dot Foundation (India) and President of Red Dot Foundation Global (USA). Its platform Safecity, crowdsources personal experiences of sexual violence and abuse in public spaces. Since Safecity started in Dec 2012, it has become the largest crowd map on the issue in India, Kenya, Cameroon and Nepal. ElsaMarie is currently a Yale World Fellow, a 2019 Reagan Fascell Fellow and an alumni of the Stanford Draper Hills Summer School, the US State Department’s Fortune Mentoring Program, Oxford Chevening Gurukul and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Leadership Program. She is also a fellow with Rotary Peace, Aspen New Voices, Vital Voices and a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader. She is listed as one of BBC Hindi’s 100 Women and has won Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Dusan Stojanovic (European Angel Investor of the Year 2013), Government of India Niti Aayog’s #WomenTransformingIndia award and The Digital Woman Award in Social Impact by SheThePeople. In 2017, she was awarded the Global Leadership Award by Vital Voices in the presence of Secretary Hillary Clinton. She is also the recipient of Gold Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year - Government or Non-Profit -10 or Less Employees in 2016. Her work has been recognised by the United Nations Alliance of Civilisations through the Intercultural Innovation Award and the UN Foundation at the Solutions Summit 2016. She has penned articles that have appeared in CNN, Huffington Post, WIP amongst others. She has spoken about her work at the Aspen Ideas Festival , at TEDx MidAtlantic, UN Women, State Department, Vital Voices South to South Leadership Summit. She has been a panelist for World Bank, NDI, USIP, SheThePeople and hosted a roundtable at the Bloomberg CityLab London 2015. Prior to Safecity, she was in the aviation industry for 20 years where she worked with Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines. Her last portfolio was Vice President Network Planning & Charters where she oversaw the planning and implementation of 500 daily flights.

He is a graduate from Department of Engineering Design, IIT Madras. He has worked at General Motors India for a year and then started working as a machine designer. He has designed and sold several Special Purpose Machines in packaging industry.

He has filed patents for two devices and has showcased his products in Brunel Design show, London. He has also been selected as one of the delegates approved by Dr. Shashi Tharoor to represent Indian contingent at Kairos Global Society, New York. He has also been selected to be a part of IDDS (International Development and Design Summit), 2015-16.

Suhani is the co-founder and CEO of Saral Designs, a Mumbai-based start-up providing access to

quality affordable menstrual hygiene products to low-income women in India.

Suhani is an Acumen India Fellow, recipient of India Africa Young Visionary award from Ministry of

External Affairs, India, recipient of ‘Top woman entrepreneur’ at Empower, by Department of

Science and Technology & Zone Start-ups, winner of Women Entrepreneur Quest by Anita Borg

Institute and winner of the National Entrepreneurship Award by Ministry of Skill Development and

Entrepreneurship.

With three years of investment banking experience at Deutsche Bank, Suhani holds a bachelor’s

degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering

from IIT Bombay and is a CFA (Level I).

Suhani is has been a guest lecturer at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management

Studies And Research. She has also been a speaker at forum’s like Start-up Saturday, Jagriti Yatra,

Abhyuday IIT Bombay on topics of social entrepreneurship, women in entrepreneurship and social

impact. She has also volunteered for several non-profits like Teach for India, Habitat for Humanity,

Project Chirag among others.
